Jeff Seabloom, serves as a Strategic Advisor to Pathena.  He was formally a Partner at Pathena, concentrating on markets in the USA.  Jeff is a Global Executive with excellent management skills and a proven ability to drive revenue, profit and shareholder value. He has served as an Executive of several +$1B Enterprise Software and Technology Organizations. He is experienced at managing large and complex Sales, Presales and Delivery Teams in cross functional and cross technology environments and partnerships. Mr. Seabloom drove large multi-million dollar enterprise sales transactions and projects at several fortune 100 - 500 companies in The Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific such as Oracle, i2 and HP. His experienced in these international environments include Venture Capital and multi-country company management and integration of people, process and technologies.

Mr. Seabloom has spent many years efficiently implementing sound, profitable business practices that deliver against company strategy. He has the ability to rapidly formulate strategies and execute plans when change is required to achieve results. His background in technical and application pre-sales and applications sales and solution architecture provides the unique ability to translate solutions to value propositions that drive revenue and business transformation. He has extensive experience as well working with sales and services organizations in new business process development efforts and detailed complex methodologies and metrics. He has led several delivery teams in the area of transformation, best practices and sourcing. He is well versed in M&A, IPO and raising capital in several opportunities. He is a member of several Senior Management Team's Advisory Boards as well as assisting Boards of Directors on corporate directives, decisions, and growth.
