AI4MedImaging (AI4MED) is a Portuguese SME, founded in 2019, with the ambition to gain a leading position in the global market for artificial intelligence (AI)-based software as medical devices.

AI4MED is currently marketing AI4CMR, a SaMD that performs a fully automatic segmentation of both ventricles and an automatic identification of patients with normal wall motion. This results in a reduction of reporting time by more than 10x, allowing the experts to focus on abnormal or complex cases. AI4MED was recently awarded with an EIC grant, which will allow the company to expand its products and improve its business strategy.
